Tilde's Locator is a project begun by Tilde on the Orion Server of Earth & Beyond. It turned out to require the combined effort of many other players, which are listed on the Kudos page.

The hardest part of creating the Locator is/was the nasty font and character spacing used by the game itself (still working on a good solution for that little problem) so while the overall asthetics of the Locator is 'ok', it still needs a little work to become 'perfect'.
